GHOST CAT was staring at me through the window of my apartment. He is on the grounds of the Kelton House, a supposedly haunted Underground Railroad era historic landmark . I tried to take a picture of him, and the flash made this effect. The picture that follows is a picture without the flash. I am convinced it was a ghost cat.
