Just ot clear things up - there are no actual ghosts in the picture. It's a 100% explainable reflection/refraction but which I find hard to explain.
I've been shooting workers laying the roof on a new buildings and one of them appears to be transparent (as a ghost). No, this isn't photoshop, the photo uploaded as taken. I'm pretty sure this is some kind of optical phenomena (although I don't have an exact explanation of this). I was in fact shooting through double-layered window - it might be flame refraction through one of the layers. See original size for better view.
